Elizabeth Valenzuela

CEO / President

Ms. Valenzuela Banker is Shore Solutions’ Chief Executive Officer and President. She is a native of Youngstown, Ohio and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Villanova University as well as a Master Certificate in Government Agile Contract Management. Ms. Valenzuela Banker served in the United States Navy as a Quartermaster aboard the USS Howard (DDG83) from 2005-2009. During her enlistment, she received numerous awards and recognition for her knowledge and acumen, and was meritoriously advanced. After discharge from the Navy, she served in sales and international sales roles for companies in the government contracting space and eventually decided to pursue her passion.

Ms. Valenzuela Banker’s passion along with her combination of strength, experience, and love of the military community is what drove her to buy Shore Solutions in January 2016. Due to this reorganization and acquisition, Ms. Valenzuela Banker has had to develop and lead a rapid turnaround program. The combined effect of these activities has been to improve cost efficiency, customer satisfaction, employee morale and cohesion to the highest levels in the company’s history. In addition, these efforts have positioned Shore Solutions to pursue additional contract opportunities and an increase in profitability.

Ms. Cardoza is the Executive assistant to the CEO and has been with Shore Solutions for the past two years. She started with the company as our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerk. Although she thrived at providing financial, administrative, and clerical services she has decided to move forward in the company. Antoinette is a proud mother of two beautiful girls and loves to fish in her spare time.

Ms. Dalcia Páramo is Shore Solutions’ Director of Human Resources. Ms. Páramo is helping to accelerate Shore Solutions’ transformation through leadership, attracting and developing the best talent and building a culture of engagement and employee satisfaction. She earned a BA with honors in International Business in a cross-border binational business program in both San Diego State University and the Autonomous University of Baja California. Dalcia Páramo focuses on results, driving growth and setting standards of excellence. She has a diverse work background in human resources, operations and contract administration. This background, combined with her passion for customer service, give her a unique perspective. Her approach combines human understanding, leadership and collaboration to build a strong and thriving company. In her personal time, Ms. Paramo enjoys flamenco music, baking and cooking.

Mr. Robert Banker is Shore Solutions’ Contract Manager. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio the only child of Bob and Susan Banker. Mr. Banker joined the United States Navy in 2005 and was stationed in San Diego, California at various training commands as well as aboard the USS Howard DDG83, where he did three deployments to the middle East. Prior to starting with Shore Solutions Mr. Banker worked as a Government Account Manager in the Federal Sector. He currently has a B.A. degree in Business Administration. He is happily married, has one daughter and little oy coming late 2018.

Maggie comes to Shore Solutions with extensive purchasing experience. Maggie’s goal is to be the bridge that makes the vendor - buyer relationship be one that is smooth so that you cannot tell where one company ends and the other begins.

Caleb Grauberger was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. Before completing his Bachelors degree, he volunteered with an organization that leads teams in building homes for low income families in Tijuana, Mexico where he discovered his passion for service. Along with his skills in problem solving, he uses this passion to provide excellent service for customers and vendors alike for any accounting related needs.

Ms. Vera Didur is the Administrative Support Supervisor at Shore Solutions. She came to the company with extensive purchasing, sales administration and customer support experience. Heading the Sales Support Team, Ms. Didur works with every other department to ensure that each order we receive is given the highest amount of care and attention. Her biggest passion is solving problems big and small, and she is constantly working to make the customer experience easier and more enjoyable.

Kassy is an Government Account Executive at Shore Solutions. She joined the Shore team January 2018 and comes to the company with 10 years of sales and customer service experience. She takes pride in her abilities to form personalized relationships with each of her customers and is able to recognize and address the source of a problem or issue and provide solutions to keep them happy. Kassy is happily married to her best friend and has five beautiful children.

Jackie is one of Shore Solutions Government Account Executives. She comes to Shore Solutions with 8 years of customer service experience and is driven to provide the highest level of service that our customers deserve. She was born and raised in San Diego to a military and Law Enforcement family. Service, pride, selflessness, and the utmost respect for our Service Men and Women of our Armed Forces as well as all our First Responders are characteristics that were ingrained early in her life. Jackie mainly provides support to the sales team but also deals directly with customers, vendors, and prospects to Shore Solutions. On her off-time Jackie enjoys spending time with her two daughters, two step children and her loving husband.

Bio

Mr. Taylor Titsch is a Shore Solutions’ Government Account Executive. He is a native of Hightstown, New Jersey. Mr. Titsch served in the Marine Corps from April 2010 - August 2017. He specialized in logistics and supply chain management in Quantico, VA before transferring to MCAS Miramar, CA to serve as a Career Retention Specialist. Mr. Titsch is set to graduate with his B.A. in Business Administration in Spring 2019. Taylor is an avid sports and competition enthusiast.

Bio

Mr. Jake Finnicum is Shore Solutions’ Government Account Executive. After graduating from the University of Kansas, Mr. Finnicum moved to Washington D.C. and worked as a public relations specialist before joining the United States Navy in 2013. Mr. Finnicum proudly served as an Operations Specialist on the USS Theodore Roosevelt, USS Ronald Reagan, and the USS George Washington before working with the Naval Special Warfare Training Detachment in Coronado California. Jake is an avid skydiver and self-proclaimed water enthusiast.
