Founded in 2011 and based in Chula Vista CA Shore Solutions is a California Certified Economically-Disadvantaged, Woman-Owned, Minority-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in Military, Federal, and State sales. Shore Solutions provides a wide assortment of quality products, first class services, and competitive prices. Shore Solutions has a no-hassle return policy which provides a truly remarkable customer service experience. We do this by leveraging our vast network of vendors and suppliers and utilizing our Fed EMALL and GSA contracts to offer MILSTRIP and CC for our Federal and State Customers. We also have been successful in utilizing our socio-economic status to obtain both Federal and State contracts.
Within the last four years, Shore Solutions has expanded the scope of its logistical support services worldwide to cover all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and other governmental agencies (Federal, State, County, and Local). In addition, Shore Solutions has maintained an average annual growth rate of 25% over the past three years. Our Commitment is to do what we say and say what we do.
We are a family-oriented business with just 18 employees and the firm believes that our employees are our greatest asset. Over 60% of us are Veterans, representing Navy, Marines, Army, and National Guard. We invest in employee education and efficiency employing state-of-the-art CRM mobile technology and continuous learning initiatives through Subject Matter Expert presentations and training for our staff. We have over 50 years of Military Service combined experience and over 25 years in working with the Government. Shore Solutions maintains a full-service sales support staff (Operations Manager, Sales Support Department, and Purchasing Department). We also employee a Warehouse Manager, a full-time Delivery Driver, three Outside Salespeople, and two In-house Accountants who ensure Shore Solutions maintains compliance with all DCAA and FAR/DFARs requirements.
Shore Solutions operates its warehousing and logistical support operations from its 4,000-sq. ft. facility in Chula Vista, California. In addition, Shore Solutions owns two delivery vehicles and has several rental agreements in place to ensure all capabilities can be met to facilitate the delivery of any order size.
On January 4th. 2017, Shore Solutions began migrating from its legacy Sage 50 Accounting System by Peachtree to a Prophet 21 ERP System by Netsuite. This system migration is part of Shore Solutions’ long-term strategic planning. This will allow Shore Solutions to streamline our current process execution, manage and facilitate long term contracts, and decrease overhead. This migration will also allow Shore Solutions to better maintain historical data, perform a wider variety of reporting and analytics, and to further improve our overall level of customer service. Ultimately, the Prophet 21 ERP System will allow Shore Solutions to effectively pursue and execute our growth plans including accommodating multiple locations. In Addition, it will help Shore Solutions offer our customers and strategic partners a broader insight and range of our products and services.
